This page explains what Mission Chronic Cure writes down about you, how enquiries made by phone, WhatsApp and email are handled, and how to ask about the information the clinic holds. It is written in plain terms and describes only what the clinic actually does.

Information we hold

When you come for a consultation, the doctor takes a case record. That usually includes your name, a contact number, your age, the complaint you came with, relevant history, and what was prescribed. Notes are added at each follow up.

If you send an enquiry, we hold whatever you chose to send: usually your name, your number, and the day and time that suits you.

Case records are kept in the clinic's own keeping and are seen only by the doctor and by clinic staff who need them for your care. They are kept for as long as they are needed for your ongoing treatment and for anything required of us under law. They are never sold, and never shared for marketing.

How enquiries are handled

The appointment form on the contact page does not send anything by itself. It opens WhatsApp on your own phone or computer with your request already written out, and nothing is sent until you press send there. Nothing you type into that form is stored by this website.

Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails reach the clinic through those services, so they are also handled under the terms of the companies that run them. Please do not send anything through WhatsApp or email that you would rather tell the doctor in person.

The map on the home page and the contact page only loads Google Maps once you tap "Show map". This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track visitors.

How to contact us about your information

You can ask what the clinic holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for your information to be removed. Please ask by phone on +91 87438 59744, on WhatsApp, or by email at info@missionchroniccure.com.

You are also welcome to ask in person during clinic hours at Shop No. 9, DDA Market, Local Shopping Complex, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, near Jeevan Anmol Hospital, Delhi 110091.

So that we know who is asking, a request about a patient's records normally needs to come from the patient themselves, or from a parent or guardian in the case of a child.
